Summary
The desperadoes: A reformed ex-outlaw is framed for a bank robbery, his friend the sheriff helps him escape, and together they bring the real robbers to justice.The Nevadan: Barclay, a mysterious lone rider, gets entangled with an escaped convict named Tanner, who happens to be hiding a stash of gold. Along the way, he also has to deal with a corrupt landowner.
Santa Fe: Three Southern brothers rob a fourth brother's train out west after the Civil War.
Man in the saddle: Randolph Scott portrays a pioneer of few words and unerring aim who jumps in the saddle when his ex-girl's new husband threatens to ruin his ranch.
Hangman's knot: At the end of the Civil War, a band of Confederate soldiers ambush a Union gold shipment. To their horror, they learn from a dying soldier that the war ended a month ago. Now facing certain criminal charges, the troops seek a hideout and take an army nurse captive until they plot their nex move. But closing are blood-thirsty bounty hunters with every intention to see them hang.
The stranger wore a gun: Jeff Travis is a former confederate spy who headed to Arozona to start a new life. But his reputation has preceded him amd the crooked Jules Mourret wants his help to knock over a gold shipment on the Conroy Stage Comapny.
Lawless Street: Peace was restored to Medicine Bend after the mines were closed, but a greed-driven scheme to re-open them has turned the town into a powder keg. Randolph Scott guards the fuse as lone U.S. Marshal Calem Ware.
The Tall T: When he and a pair of newlyweds are kidnapped by bandits, Randolph Scott must use his wiles to keep them off alive while quietly turning the gunmen against each other.
Decision at sundown: Bart Allison and his pal Sam have come to Sundown seeking vengeance on Tate Kimbrough, who betrayed Bart's wife.
Buchanan rides alone: Scott finds himself in an incredibly corrupt border town and ends up in the middle of a blood feud between two families, neither of which trusts him.
Ride lonesome: A former sheriff captures a young desperado and waits for his killer-brother to come to the rescue.
Comanche station: Jefferson Cody is a former ranch foreman kidnapped by Comanche tribesmen, along with an heiress, Nancy. Cody negotiates a trade for the heiress, and the Comanches let them go. But it turns out that there is a large reward for returning Nancy, and a pack of outlaws would be happy to claim it.
