SummaryIn an alternate reality, a comet named Charlotte passes by Earth once every 75 years spreading dust that causes a small percentage of children to manifest superhuman abilities upon reaching puberty. Yuu Otosaka, who gains the ability to temporarily possess another person for five seconds, hopes to use his power to fraudulently live a carefree high school life, but instead Nao Tomori, who can make herself invisible, exposes Yuu's plan and forces him to transfer to Hoshinoumi Academy and join a student council whose main objective is keeping ability users safe from organizations who seek to exploit their powers.
