Summary
In Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, increased gentrification has led to rising housing costs and greater economic disparity, forcing lifelong residents to find housing elsewhere. This film takes viewers to public housing projects, an elite private school, and a park that was once an elevated railway, where people on both sides of the economic divide discuss their concerns about the present state of affairs and hopes for a future in which the neighborhood is better integrated.
