SummaryColin Clark, an ambitious twenty-three-year-old assistant director forms a friendship with American actress Marilyn Monroe on her first trip to London to film "The Prince and the Showgirl," butwhen Monroe's husband, playwright Arthur Mill er leaves for a trip to Paris, Clark seizes the opportunity to introduce Monroe to a world away from her Hollywood fame.
