Summary
Filmmaker Jon Foy investigates the mystery of the so-called "Toynbee tiles" -- bizarre plaques that have appeared embedded in concrete in cities throughout the U.S. and South America since the 1980s, and feature enigmatic messages about resurrecting the dead.
