SummaryIn facist pre-World War II Italy, Benito Mussolini orders General Rodolfo Graziani to fight in the colonial war in Libya and vanquish the Arab nation. But when his troops meet frequent defeat at the hands of national leader Omar Mukhtar and his army of Bedouins, Graziani resorts to using dirty war tactics against the natives, slaughtering women, children, and aged people.
