In a remote part of the Appalachians, six women who are friends, explore a cave hidden deep in the woods. But, below the surface of the earth, disaster strikes when a rock falls and blocks their exit with no way out. The women push on, praying for another exit, but they are now prey when there is something else lurking under the earth.
