A nuclear scientist is presumed dead after a plane crash, which took place while he was investigating a strange saucer-shaped craft at the atom bomb test site in Nevada. Martin, the scientist, walks out of the desert when hope of his survival is gone. He can not explain the scar over his heart. He tells a strange story of being abducted by aliens, who are harnessing atomic energy to breed an army of carnivorous monsters to unleash on the world.
