Summary
A religious fantasy about a couple of fallen angels who try to regain entry into heaven by way of a loophole in the rules.
In Dogma, two banished angels, Loki and Bartleby, find a loophole to get back into heaven, and as a result, threaten to end all existence. Bethany, a woman having a crisis in faith, the Thirteenth Apostle, a heavenly Muse and two unlikely prophets are sent out by a winged messenger to stop them before it's too late.
